Lux Lab is devoted to indulge our clients and provide a lux experience each visit. We ask you to take a moment to review our policies to enhance your stay.

We ask for you to arrive 15 minutes before or on time for your scheduled appointment to receive the full LuX experience. Should you arrive more than 15 min late and if it interferes with our next scheduled appointment. Although we may suggest that you reschedule, we will make every attempt to accommodate you. To avoid this, would you be so kind and call at 215-649-0979.

Our booking allows for services you requested if you require braids or extension removal that will need to be requested during booking and is an additional cost.

We kindly ask no food or drinks allowed in salon LuXlab will provide beverages and light refreshments for all guest.

Although we love children, we kindly ask you only bring them if there being serviced.

For consideration of other guests, we ask you do not use your speakerphone or bring another guest unless they are being serviced.

We kindly ask for a 24 hr notice for any adjustments or cancellations. Please be advised 6pm prior to the day of service is our cut-off time (without proper notice of cancellation you will be charged for your missed appointment before you can return. If you have a credit card on file it will be debit within 24 hrs of missed time for appointment, not just for rendered services).

All braid and weave services require a working consultation and deposit upon making the appointment. Once hair is ordered, if changes are made guest will be charged a $125.00 restock fee that is deducted from deposit.

Cancellation of memberships must be done in writing 10 days before scheduled debit to info@luxlabphilly.com
For memberships all policies are applicable.
